I need to mention right away that, people participate on any social media platform for sole reason of making friendship and social engagement. The idea behind the establishment of social media house was and still nothing else but social engagement.

Social media users talk/engage with one another on variety of social issues. They may also be discussing about your business and products as well as comparing them with similar products online. Some social media platform have created business page. The purpose was to separate individual users from business marketers. 

Most recently, social media platform has also created advertising space, similar to Goggle ad campaign. It enables business owners to create paid ad campaigns. Fortunately this book has included information on that topic.
